Our For-Profit ventures to build the community!

We are an educational conglomerate. As we diversify in our varied industries, we take the steps to pass on our knowledge to our youth and young adults.

We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We guarantee hire, but our internship entry is strict and unpaid. We will provide a hands on experience in each industry that will provide the intern the hands on experience needed to enhance their qualifications and give them a leg up coming into the industry.

Each industry houses a youth program, sponsored by BOI Inc., that will teach them the basics of that industry, providing them some insight into the industry. Thereby, giving the youth exposure that helps them be more inclined to select a career path at graduation and provide more direction for college. Youth are able to get community service hours towards graduation.

BOI Media Division

WIPM Media Division will support the new and upcoming artists and bring their music and productions to those they may not have been able to reach before while also training the youth on the business side of media and the behind-the-scenes development. 16+. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We are in all areas of media to include podcasting and tv and movie production, all with youth groups and internship programs.

Youth Services Division

Our Youth Services Division is a program focused on redirecting the youth (ages 12 to 17). We provide a host of services to the youth to support their growth and development, keep them out of the correctional system, redirect from substance use, provide mentorship, assist with employment, and enhance their lives. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities.

B.O.I. Digital Division

Our Digital Division provides quality hosting and website design. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We will provide a youth program with a developer teaching youth the basics of website design ages 13+.

Security Division

Our Security Division will provide unarmed security jobs to returning citizens with nonviolent crimes and armed security jobs for veterans. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We will provide a youth program with a manager teaching youth the basics of safety ages 16+.

Food Division

Our Food Division will provide quality foods to include fresh locally grown fruits and vegetables and quality meats. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We will provide a youth program with a farmer teaching youth the basics of agriculture ages 13+.

Mechanics Division

Our Mechanics Division will provide quality car services while bringing back SHOP to the youth. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We will provide a youth program with a Master mechanic teaching youth the basics of mechanics ages 13+.

Literary Gallery Division

Our Literary Gallery Division will provide a book store and an art display space while bringing back art to the youth as well as writing. We will provide a youth program with a Artist teaching youth the basics of drawing and painting ages 13+. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We will also provide a youth program with a Writer teaching youth the basics of writing short stories, novels, etc. ages 13+.

Fashion Division

Our Fashion Division will provide quality styles while bringing back HOME EC to the youth. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We will provide a youth program with a Seamstress teaching youth the basics of sewing and fashion design ages 13+.

Eatery Division

Our Eatery Division will provide quality eats while bringing back HOME EC to the youth. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We will provide a youth program with a Chef teaching youth the basics of cooking ages 13+.

Construction Division

Our Construction Division will engage in ways to build up the community and provide better quality housing. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We will provide a youth program with an architect teaching youth the basics of structural design ages 13+.

Power Division

Our Power Division will fabricate and build solar panels and provide financing programs for low-income homeowners and businesses. It also provides an internship program to those coming straight out of high school with an interest in solar fabrication and use. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We will provide a youth program with an Electrician teaching youth the basics of power fabrication ages 16+.

Healthcare Division

Our Healthcare Division will be in a medium size hospital that services ward 7 and 8. BOI Roadside Division

We provide roadside services at affordable rates for safe and secure roadside service. We tow within 5 miles for free with a membership.

BOI Investment Division

We will be the avenue in which we thrive! Our sole purpose is making investments in securities and providing managerial assistance with respect to the issuers of such securities! We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We will provide a youth group that teaches the youth 13+ the basics of accounting, budgeting, savings, investing, etc..

BOI Legal Division

We cover all types of legal needs. We will provide an internship for affiliated colleges and Universities. We will teach youth 13+ about the legal system from the perspective of the lawyer and judges.
